When the program is updated, in most cases the data base needs to be updated to. The data base update will fail if it is accessed by more than one program resulting that part of the program relying on the added field may fail.
1. Please make sure that when you install an update always be the sole user.
2. In case you forgot to do so then select configuration from the file menu, then the preference tab. Tick “Force data base update” and restart the program again making sure that you are the sole user.
