1. When creating invoices selecting “Cancel” will result that invoice data (including the system generated data and invoice number) is not recorded. A warning message is now displayed requesting to save the invoice instead so data is properly recorded.
Invoices that are not saved can not be transfered and will not be included in reports.
2. User can now cancel a reservation even if a payment has been made. These reservation will be shown on the occupancy tab.
3. Fixed per person tax can be set to apply to adults guest only to acomodate “TAXE DE SEJOUR” in France
4. User who have Microsoft outlook installed can now use a HTM email template.
5. The invoice discount dialog now has a check box to allow user to apply a surcharge instead.
